Semi-Personal Training is a focused, small-group format designed for 2 to 4 individuals training under the guidance of one coach. It combines the structure and individualization of personal training with the energy and motivation of a group setting.

Each 60-minute session is built around a personalized program tailored to your goals, fitness level, and specific needs. You'll benefit from:
